We have a proud history and reputation for working with partners small and large, VCSE and statutory sector, bringing about positive change for individuals, families, communities and services. There are many ways to work with us and we would love to hear your ideas. 

How we operate

Here at Healthy Me Healthy Communities, we work on the principles of coproduction, bringing together a range of partners, resources and assets for achieving positive outcomes in neighbourhoods across Manchester.

How we address inequalities

Through our Community Grocers & No93 Café, where our members access subsidised food and are able to connect into a range of support services as well as learning and development opportunities including volunteering with us.
