I have built more communication skills, by standing up to do the presentation, the ability to prepare the presentation itself, and being creative with my colourful posters. 

It has helped me with a higher level of learning, upgrading my CV so I will get a better job, and I think it will enhance the quality of my work at the foodbank. 

I would say you should go for it 100%, not just for your learning but own health as well.
